Ryan is responsible for ensuring Kepner-Tregoe has the organizational capability to meet our client’s business objectives and exceed their expectations. He is accountable for global talent recruitment, consultant development and succession planning. As an experienced senior consultant, Ryan managed transformation programs for clients across a variety of functions, industries and geographies including ITSM, Natural Resources/Mining, and Manufacturing.  He is known by his clients for diagnostic accuracy of their issues as well as for delivering outstanding results.

Prior to joining KT, Ryan worked as a Manager of Client Services for a tier-one automotive supplier where he managed a team to ensure the on-time launch of new products.

Ryan received his Master of Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from Marian University.
