Michael Barna

Michael Barna is an expert trainer and facilitator of Kepner-Tregoe’s critical thinking processes for Systematic Troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis, Decision-Making, and Risk Management. In his current role as a Business Solutions Consultant, Michael works with leaders across diverse industries to design holistic solutions for their organizations that aim to transform problem-solving behaviors and accelerate knowledge creation through the integration of KT’s time-tested methodologies.

He partners with IT business leaders to help them achieve their targets across the continuum of Service Operations. Mike has earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Spanish Language from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA. He is also certified in ITIL® Foundations for IT Service Management.
