Michael advises leaders on how to institutionalize a culture of problem-solving in their organization. He helps his clients lay down the proper foundation to ensure problem-solving becomes organizationally driven, rather than dependent on only those with the most ‘tribal knowledge’, and ensures that business results can be sustained over time.

During his time at Kepner-Tregoe, Michael has partnered with companies in the semiconductor industry to equip their frontline team members with systematic troubleshooting skills. He works with Product Support, Technical, and Quality teams to transform their behaviors around Root Cause Analysis, so that the true root cause is consistently identified, issues do not reoccur, and products can be continuously improved.
