The minimum number of participants is three. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, depending on the course, it may be canceled. In that case, we will contact you about 2 weeks before the course start date. If the course you wish to take is canceled by Kepner-Tregoe, you may transfer to another course.
As a rule of thumb, we would like to limit the number of participants from one company to a maximum of 3 per course. In addition, we will refuse applications from individuals in the same industry as Kepner-Tregoe or who do not belong to corporations or organizations.
* We also offer an “Open Course Lump-sum Contract System” that allows you to take the Problem Solving and Decision Making Course (KT-PSDM) at a discounted price. For details, please contact us by e-mail at KTJ-WEBQUERIES@kepner-tregoe.com.
Course information & invoicing
Details such as venue and time will be sent to participants by e-mail 2-3 weeks before the course start date. Please note that, depending on the course, you may be asked to prepare for practical assignments. For payment, an invoice will be sent to the participant by mail. Please make a bank transfer by the day before the course start date. We only accept payment via bank transfer through your company. Any bank charges will be paid by the sender.

- Up to 15 days before the course starts: No cancellation fee
