Andrew Vermes

Andrew Vermes is a consummate consulting professional with over two decades of experience in leading global projects to help  companies improve the overall performance of their service systems and structures. He has worked in diverse industries focused on assisting leading firms in adopting and integrating KT methods  into their corporate culture. Andrew has served clients  in Europe, Asia, as well as North and South America.

He is a regular contributor to ITSMF events and conferences and was voted 2019 Contributor of the Year.  Prior to joining KT, Andrew served in senior positions within a leading consultancy specializing in sales, marketing and training management.
