Amelia Lim

Based in Malaysia, Amelia Lim delivers a creative and motivating consulting experience for clients in her region. Throughout her career she has focused on her passion and talent for human capability development, analytic troubleshooting, and business process improvement. She has worked with clients in a variety of industries for over 15 years, assisting them with operational improvements, new product development projects, and strategic transformation initiatives.

Amelia’s experience, working in both multinational and small-to-medium enterprises, sharpened her ability to collaborate closely with human resource managers to identify the organizational needs. Since joining Kepner-Tregoe in 2018, Amelia has enhanced her expertise working with numerous large corporations such as Nestlé Malaysia, SOCTEK Edible Oils, and Eurogrit Malaysia. She has a degree in Food Sciences and an MBA from the University of Nottingham. She speaks English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia fluently.
