Jaicy combines her knowledge and experience of people, processes, and technology to help organizations surpass their goals. Her proficiency in the Enterprise Model and the Performance Systems offers stakeholders opportunities for improvement including through strategic, tactical, and operational support. Jaicy collaborates with business leaders, managers, and staff in creating a baseline for assessing operational performance. In order to accomplish the organization’s objectives, she facilitates capability development in the areas of root cause analysis, analytical troubleshooting, major incident management, problem solving and decision making.

Jaicy has a Master’s degree in Computer Science and has worked in diverse areas ranging from organizational program implementation, quality improvement, onboarding effectiveness, intercultural competence, and professional skill development.
