Essentials

As part of 8D problem solving, the Kepner-Tregoe processes - especially Problem Analysis using IS and IS-NOT - play a central role, and their use is recommended by the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA) in its guidelines. In the 8D Root Cause Analysis workshop, you will learn step by step how to achieve sound results in each of the eight disciplines using the Kepner-Tregoe processes.

The focus is on D2 – Define the Problem and D4 – Root Cause Analysis, where KT Problem Analysis is the proven tool for finding true cause.
