Amelia has coached numerous manufacturing and project teams in this industry. Her formula for project success is to expertly manage cross-cultural behavior and communication issues, with a focus on Kepner-Tregoe questioning skills that help team members discover solutions, rather than taking a prescriptive approach. Her work with Bayer APAC involved initiatives such as new product development, process troubleshooting, regional financial reporting, standardization, and Lean culture implementation.

Amelia has worked on skill development programs with utility provider Tenaga Nasional and renewable energy giant Siemens Gamesa, training teams in Kepner-Tregoe problem solving and decision making processes.

Amelia honed her product development expertise working with Nestlé Malaysia and SOCTEK Edible Oils and played a pivotal role in coordinating business process needs across regional production sites. Amelia has helped clients such as Danone China, APAC and Johnson & Johnson to achieve continuous improvement through Kepner-Tregoe’s structured problem solving and decision making methods.
